The Z5+ probe measures X, Y and Z heights for 5 separate laser spots simultaneously. While the center spot in the pattern is stationary, the other four can be manually positioned within the field of view.
- A process vision camera provides feedback to the user for easy positioning of the measurement locations and verifying them on the measured product.

Setup Program
Each probe comes with a simple yet powerful sample program which is very useful for setup, troubleshooting, testing and learning.
Custom Program
AKI can also provide a custom program tailored to the customer’s exact needs. This can include interfacing with other hardware and/or motion control.
Integration into your own program.
Developers can choose to write their own program using the AKI Software Libraries. You may choose from either an ActiveX COM object or a .NET dll in order to communicate with the AKI Probe. Integration is extremely simple and source code examples are supplied for any development language. |

Notes:
- 5K7 holes are press fit for M5 dowel pins.
- Dowels to protrude 5mm max.
- Optionally, the M5 tapped holes may be made as clearance holes for M6 screws for screw mounting from the rear of the mount plate.
